Shipping Information
The shipments are sent directly from our factory in China. All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

We utilize private shipping companies to optimize our delivery service. The average delivery time is 8-14 business days, depending on the destination country and seasonal periods.

You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped.

Please note that we are not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applicable in your country.

Delivery Address Requirements & Limitations

The customer bears full responsibility for providing an accurate and deliverable shipping address.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Please note: An order cannot be canceled once it has been shipped from our warehouse. After sending the products to the customer, the returns policy must be followed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or number of order.

Refunds
Once we’ve received your return, and if your return meets all conditions, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
